This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a short walk down the pedestrian precinct for about one minute from the bustling 5th Avenue. It's close to everything you could need, including restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a kitchenette equipped with a fridge. The staff were friendly and polite, providing excellent service throughout our stay.
It's a shame that the hotel doesn't have a swimming pool, as that would have been a great addition to unwind after a day of exploring.

The hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and prime location. From the moment we arrived, we were treated to exceptional service. the outdoor swimming pool, complete with a bar/lounge area, was the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. Our room had exclusive advantages, such as private facilities and stunning decor, making us feel like true VIPs.
The only minor issue we experienced was the lack of English-speaking TV channels, but it did not detract from our overall experience. the staff more than made up for it with their kindness and willingness to accommodate all of our needs.

Conveniently located at the end of a street. Easy access to various amenities and attractions. Modern and futuristic design. Friendly and polite staff. Surprisingly spacious and quiet rooms with a nice kitchenette. King Suite offers great value for the price. Would definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was super spacious, surprisingly quiet, and had a balcony right on the lively 5th Avenue. The cleanliness of the room was exceptional and the comfortable bed made for a good night's sleep. The kitchenette with a fridge was a nice bonus for storing snacks and drinks. The hotel's location on the 5th Avenue pedestrian precinct was perfect, as it was close to everything and within walking distance to the Cozumel ferry. The staff were nice and polite, ensuring we had a pleasant experience.
